Booking your spa party is easier than picking what show to binge next—promise.

📞 Step 1: Check the Vibes (and the Calendar)
Before you get too excited planning, give us a quick call or message to make sure your date is available. We book up fast, and need 48 hours notice to plan your perfect day. So don’t let your dream spa day getting snatched!

👯 Step 2: Count Your Crew
Now that your date is looking good—how many people are joining the pamper party? Whether it’s your inner circle or the whole squad, your guest count helps you pick the perfect package.

⏳ Step 3: Pick Your Chill Time
How long do you wanna live your best, most relaxed life? Choose your package based on how many hours you want to dedicate to being completely unbothered and glowing.

💆‍♀️ Step 4: Customize the Glow
Now for the fun part—decide how each person wants to split their pamper time! Within your chosen timeframe, you can mix and match services like a self-care menu:

• Massage: 30–90 minutes (aka: melt into the table)

• Facial Massage: 15–30 minutes (hello, glow)

• Hand & Foot massage: 15–30 minutes (because your hands & feet deserve attention too)

Everyone can create their own perfect combo—more massage, a little bit of everything, or just a quick glow-up.

✨ Step 5: Lock It In & Get Excited
Once you’ve got your plan, you’re ready to book and pay your deposit.

To reserve your dreamy spa day, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Think of it as your “yes, we’re doing this!” moment. Your date isn’t officially yours until that deposit is in place.

💳 Payment (aka: The Easy Part)

We keep things simple so you can keep things stress-free ✨

We happily accept Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit/debit cards—whatever’s easiest for you with no extra fees!

No travel fees.
No setup fees.
No sneaky credit card processing fees.

That’s all on us—because your only job is to show up, sip something yummy, and relax 🥂

💁‍♀️ Gratuity? Already handled.
Yep, it’s included. No math, no awkward “did everyone chip in?” moments.

💸 The Final Glow-Up Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event—because last-minute scrambling is not part of our relaxation vibe.

🌪 The One Big Exception
If a named hurricane decides to crash the party (rude), we’ll absolutely work with you!—no penalties, no stress. Safety first, always.

We’re showing up ready to pamper—but a little prep on your end makes the magic happen way easier:

⏰ We’re Early (On Purpose)
Your therapists will arrive 15–20 minutes before start time to get everything set up and ready for your glow-up.

🔐 Secret Codes, Please
If your location requires a gate code, garage code, or elevator access, send that over ahead of time. We love a smooth entrance.

🚗 VIP Parking Only, Please
Each therapist needs a parking spot as close as possible (ideally right in front) of your location. We’re bringing tables, supplies, and all the good stuff—so a long trek is not the vibe.

Staying at a hotel, condo, or resort? Please check with the front desk ahead of time about parking passes so there are no awkward “waiting in the lobby” moments.

🛋 Space = Spa Magic
Before we arrive, please have a clear area ready for each therapist.

• About 8ft x 12ft per setup (think: massage table + room to move around)

• Furniture should be moved ahead of time

🏃‍♀️ Keep It Easy Access
Therapists should not have to walk up more than one flight of stairs. All that lifting + stairs = not the relaxing energy we’re going for. We love elevators!

🌞 Outdoor Setup (Read This!)
We love a good outdoor moment—but we cannot set up:

• On the beach

• In direct sunlight

• Or if temperatures are above 80°F
